Helping Your Puppy Fall in Love with Grooming
A gentle, positive introduction to grooming, designed to build your puppy's confidence with the sights, sounds, equipment and handling involved in a lifetime of regular grooming.
What's Included:
✔ Plenty of time to explore and settle into the studio
✔ Gentle introduction to the grooming table, bath and equipment
✔ Bath and gentle drying adapted to your puppy's confidence
✔ Brush and comb-through
✔ Introduction to face, feet, ears and body handling
✔ Light face and paw tidy where appropriate
✔ Nail trim or gentle introduction to nail handling
✔ Ear check and clean where appropriate
✔ Treats, reassurance and breaks throughout
✔ Personal update and recommendations for their next visit
Every puppy progresses at their own pace. If your puppy isn't ready for part of the groom, we'll work gradually and continue building their confidence over future visits.
The time and final price will depend on your dog’s size, coat type, coat condition, styling requirements and the level of support they need during their groom.

Sadie holds an iPET Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management (Four Paws Groom School), a Level 3 Canine First Aid qualification, an Enhanced DBS certificate, and is fully insured. Ongoing training keeps handling techniques and welfare knowledge continually improving.

The Studio
Gentle Paws is based in a private, peaceful studio in Compton, Wolverhampton - filled with natural light, fitted with non-slip flooring, electric tables and baths, and kept comfortable all year round.
There are no cages, no busy waiting rooms, and no overlapping appointments. Just one dog, fully looked after, for the whole visit.
